External professional services
Hardware/communications & maintenance
Software license fees and maintenance
Other fees (travel, training, etc.).
Formulas
The embedded formulas include the following:
IT Resources Project Cost = Staff Hours X Hourly Rate
Professional Services Cost = Hours X Hourly Rate
Hardware / Communications & Maintenance Costs Subtotal = Total of individual items
Software Licenses & Maintenance Costs Subtotal = Total of individual items
Other (Travel, Supplies, etc.) Costs Subtotal = Total of individual items
Total = all of the above
Risk / Contingency Reserve = 13% (user definable) of Total
Grand Total = All of the above.
