What applications must I run on my system to utilize SDLCforms? The forms and templates are created in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint. We support Office 2003, 2007, 2010 and 2013 versions of these applications.
If I purchase a package or forms, what other benefits do you provide to assist me in customizing the forms to identify my company and other information, such as a confidentiality statement? Regardless of whether you purchase a package, forms or a combination of the two, you automatically receive 1) the SDLCforms Quick Start Guide, 2) the SDLCforms User Guide and 3) the SDLCforms System Administrator Guide providing 1) an overview of the steps you should take as to how best to utilize the forms in your environment, 2) instructions to customize the forms whether you are using Microsoft Office versions 2003, 2007, 2010 or 2013, and 3) a detailed explanation of each form as to how it is used in the SDLC cycle, respectively.

The customization process includes the following:

    • Insert your company logo in the header of each form.
    • Add your company name to the title page of each form.
    • Revise the copyright notice and confidentiality statement that appears in the footer of each form.
    • Revise the Document Properties.
    • Make any other changes to the forms that you desire, as these are native documents in much the same way you would change any document
      you've created yourself.

Is the only way I can purchase packages or forms by using my credit card? No. We accept the following methods of payments:

If you wish to pay by electronic check or money order, click on the Contact Us button and in the Email Us section, request that we send you our SDLCforms Order Form for packages or forms. We will email the appropriate form to you, which you will email back with the completed document and the electronic check and or money order.

If you wish to pay by company purchase order, click on the "Submit Purchase Order" button that is available on any of the pages where you may order a package. Our payment terms are 30 days net.

If I have a problem, how do I contact you? Click on the Contact Us button (above) and in the Email Us section, please state your problem. We will get back to you as soon as we can resolve the problem.
Will Documentation Consultants provide assistance in customizing the forms? Our superior customer support includes unlimited phone technical support from the day you purchase the package or forms. If you want Documentation Consultants to incorporate any changes to your company logo, company name, body of the forms, etc., there will be a small fee to accomplish this effort. You only need to contact us for more information. Click here Contact Us and in the Email Us section, request a quote to accomplish this work.
What do you charge for consulting services and what is included in your services? Our prices are dependent on the specific scope of work for which you engage us. Can I modify the forms and templates I purchase and distribute them royalty free to the public for free or for sale? Yes, you may distribute the forms outside of your company, however, only if you are an independent contractor or software consulting company. Refer to the Documentation Consultants License Agreement for more specific language.
Can I modify the forms and templates I purchase and distribute them to any organization or individuals within my company? Yes, you may first modify the forms in any way; then you may distribute the forms and templates to anyone within the confines of the definition of your legal entity of company or corporation, or to a client (see previous question).
Can I make suggestions about current or new forms or templates and whom do I contact? Click on the Contact Us button and in the Email Us section, and then state your suggestions. We will carefully review your request for corrections or enhancements. If we elect to add new forms or templates based on your suggestion, you will receive the forms for free.
Do you provide discounts for frequent customers after my initial purchase? Our forms and templates are already priced as low as we can possibly make the prices.
