The Starter Package contains 8 essential forms to provide a functional start to an SDLC process.
This package is best suited for IT shops that have never used any SDLC methodology.
The package includes a business case, project charter, business requirements, project plan,
user acceptance test plan, and a comprehensive project status report.
All of the forms (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio) are completely customizable.
Initially, you can customize the forms with your company logo and name, confidentiality statement,
and header and footer.
Then you can optionally change any content that reflects your specific needs, such as adding
paragraphs/sentences, tables and more.
This package will introduce individuals and smaller IT shops to an SDLC process starting point,
which can be built on in the future by upgrading to a larger package or by simply adding new forms as the
need arises.
